R&R AUTO DETAILING  offers mobile auto detailing services, which are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Pricing, services, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Free Quote

We provide a Free Quote option for potential customers. You can request a quote through our website by providing the necessary details, including the type of service, vehicle information, and location. The quote is an estimate and may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle upon inspection.

• No Obligation: Receiving a free quote does not obligate you to book a service.

• Quote Validity: Quotes are valid for 5 DAYS, after which pricing may be subject to change based on service availability and other factors.

• Final Pricing: Final service pricing will be confirmed upon physical inspection of the vehicle and may vary depending on the condition and any additional services requested.

4. Booking and Payments

• Booking: All service bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or text.

• Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 HOURS  before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $30

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking services, including the correct address, vehicle details, and any special instructions. R&R AUTO DETAILING is not liable for any issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

6. Liability and Damages

• Damage to Vehicles: Our team takes great care to ensure that your vehicle is treated with respect. However, R&R AUTO DETAILING  is not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles. Any claims for damage must be reported immediately after service.

• Personal Items: We recommend removing all personal items from your vehicle before service. R&R AUTO DETAILING is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle during the detailing service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R&R AUTO DETAILING and its employees, contractors, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
